About Murat
Murat Özcan is Co-founder and Operation Director at BHS Techniek, an EU-based manufacturing and engineering partner specializing in CNC series parts and injection molding components. With a background in Industrial Engineering and a career dating back to 1998, he possesses deep knowledge of industrial production, operational management, and large-scale manufacturing processes.
Since 1998, Murat has been active in various sectors, including milling and processing machinery, valves, the glass industry, and automotive components. For over twenty years, he has led CNC machining companies and plastic injection molding factories, where he was responsible for overall operations, production planning, quality management, and operational optimization.
At BHS Techniek, Murat is responsible for managing production and operations from the established factory in Konya, Turkey. He ensures an efficient translation between engineering, production, and logistics, guaranteeing stable, scalable, and reliable delivery to European OEM customers. Thanks to his extensive practical experience and hands-on approach, he forms the operational foundation of BHS Techniek, contributing to consistent quality, delivery reliability, and continuous process improvement.
