About Us

Your partner in precision and technology

About Us

BHS Techniek was established as the European sister company of Canar Endüstri. From the Netherlands, we manage sales, engineering, and production projects for the European market, with a clear focus on supporting OEM customers in stable and scalable serial production.

We combine local presence, clear communication, and technical coordination in the Netherlands with direct access to an extensive production infrastructure in Turkey. This allows us to act as a single, reliable point of contact for our European partners, from initial request to final delivery.

Strong production capacity, fully in-house

Our production base in Konya, Turkey, operates on 4,000 m² of covered manufacturing space and is equipped with a broad range of production technologies, including:

Precision CNC turning and milling

Plastic injection molding and rubber injection

Sheet metal processing

In-house precision measurement and quality control

This integrated setup enables us to carry out nearly all required manufacturing processes internally, ensuring full control over quality, lead time, and repeatability.

More than 20 years of experience in serial production

With over 20 years of manufacturing experience, particularly in the automotive sector and various other industries, Canar Endüstri has become a trusted partner for precision machining and serial production. BHS Techniek carries this experience forward and translates it into the standards, expectations, and working methods of European OEMs.

Our focus is on becoming a long-term production partner, rather than a one-off supplier. Continuity, reliability, and scalability are central to our approach.

Production partner with technical support

While serial production is our core activity, we provide additional technical support when required. This includes manufacturability analyses, production optimization, tolerance definition, and reverse engineering. All engineering support is aimed at improving production reliability, cost efficiency, and consistency.

In this way, we ensure that components are not only technically correct, but also efficiently and consistently manufacturable.

Quotation & RFQ

How can I request a quote from BHS Techniek?

Upload your STEP (3D) file and PDF drawing (2D) via our Get a Quote form, and include quantity, material, and any special requirements.

How fast do you respond with a quotation?

For CNC turning/milling, we aim to respond within 24 hours. For injection molding (mold + parts), typical quotation time is within 48 hours, depending on part complexity.

What information is required for an accurate CNC machining quote?

A 3D model (STEP), 2D drawing (PDF), quantity (first order + expected repeats), material, tolerances, surface finish, and any secondary processes (heat treatment, coating, anodizing).

Can you support engineering feedback before quotation (DFM)?

Yes. We provide DFM feedback, tolerance and manufacturability suggestions, and cost-saving options before finalizing your quote.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, we can sign an NDA to protect your design and project information.

CNC Turning & Milling FAQ

What CNC machining services do you provide?

We provide CNC turning and CNC milling for serial and repeat production, including assemblies such as shafts, bushings, fittings, and machined plates.

What tolerances can you achieve in CNC turning and milling?

Typical tolerances are ±0.01 mm for both turning and milling. Depending on geometry, material, and process, turning can reach up to ±0.003 mm in suitable cases.

What part sizes can you machine?

For CNC turning, we typically support Ø4 mm to Ø200 mm. For CNC milling, typical maximum envelope is up to 600 × 600 × 600 mm (project-dependent).

What production volumes do you support?

Our primary focus is 100–1000+ pcs where serial production efficiency is highest. For long-term customers or high-value parts, we also accept 10–100 pcs.

What is your typical CNC lead time?

Standard lead time is typically 2–4 weeks after PO, depending on material availability, programming complexity, and inspection requirements.

Do you offer expedited CNC production?

Yes. Expedited production is possible for suitable projects (often larger quantities or special parts), with adjusted scheduling and pricing.

Which materials do you commonly machine?

We mainly focus on easy-to-machine, widely used OEM materials for stable serial production:

  • Aluminium: 6061 / 6082 (and 7075 when higher strength is needed)
  • Free-machining steels: e.g., 11SMn30 / 11SMnPb (when suitable for the application)
  • Engineering steels: including 42CrMo4 (depending on condition/hardness)
  • Brass & bronze: ideal for fittings, bushings, shafts
  • Engineering plastics: POM (Acetal/Delrin), PA (Nylon), PET, UHMW-PE, and PEEK (project-based)
Can you machine aluminum die cast parts (post-machining)?

Yes. We can supply die casting + machining as a complete package, including post-machining of cast features to final tolerances.

Can you provide surface finishing, coating, or heat treatment?

Yes. Processes such as coating, anodizing, or heat treatment can be included—please specify requirements clearly in the drawing/notes.

Quality & Inspection FAQ

Are you ISO certified?

Yes. Our operations are supported by ISO 9001.

What inspection equipment do you use?

We use Mitutoyo CMM and a full set of mechanical measurement tools to verify dimensions and critical characteristics.

Do you provide measurement reports?

Yes. We can provide measurement reports (inspection reports) and support first-article or project-specific reporting requirements.

How do you manage revisions and drawing changes?

We work with controlled documentation and revision tracking. Please always submit the latest revision of STEP/PDF to avoid mismatch.

Injection Molding FAQ

Do you provide injection molds as well as molded parts?

Yes. We can deliver both injection mold tooling and serial production of plastic parts as one integrated supply package.

What is the typical lead time for injection mold tooling?

Tooling lead time is typically 1–3 months, depending on part geometry, cavities, steel selection, and validation requirements.

After the mold is completed, how fast can you deliver parts?

After mold completion, parts are typically delivered within 1–4 weeks, depending on quantity and material availability.

Which plastics can you process?

We support a wide range of common injection molding materials. If you specify the polymer and grade, we can advise availability and process suitability.

Engineering Support FAQ

What engineering services do you offer?

We provide DFM, tolerance analysis, and reverse engineering to help customers reduce cost, improve manufacturability, and stabilize quality in serial production.

Can you optimize “over-toleranced” drawings to reduce machining cost?

Yes. Over-specification is a common cost driver. We review tolerances and propose functional, manufacturable alternatives.

Do you support projects that require both turning and milling operations?

Yes. We support multi-operation parts and can propose process planning options to reduce cycle time and cost.

Commercial & Logistics FAQ

Do you have a minimum order value?

There is no fixed minimum order value. For new customers, very complex parts may require a practical order size (often €3–4k for certain projects), depending on setup and engineering effort.

Where do you deliver?

We supply the Netherlands and Europe as priority markets, and can support global supply depending on project scope.

Who do you typically work with?

We mainly support OEMs and engineering bureaus in machine building, packaging, food/process machinery, and agricultural machinery.

What makes BHS Techniek different from local EU suppliers?

We combine EU-based communication and engineering with scalable manufacturing capacity, competitive pricing, fast quoting, and ISO 9001 quality—especially for medium/serial production.
