Technology & Capabilities

Our CNC milling department is equipped with a wide range of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers, suitable for precise machining of both simple and complex parts.

Thanks to the combination of high-speed machines, 5-axis simultaneous machining, and horizontal milling centers, we can machine parts in a single setup, resulting in high dimensional stability and reproducible quality. We produce both single pieces and series components for various applications, with a focus on accuracy, process stability, and consistent quality.

Quality Assurance

All milled parts are checked using CMM measuring systems and optical measuring equipment. This allows us to reliably measure and record tight tolerances, even with complex geometries and critical dimensions.
